About the role

Owns day to day operations across the yard, equipment, transport and site clearance. Sets the plan, balances people and machines against the work coming in, and holds the team to the safety and accuracy standards clients depend on.

What you will do

  • Plan weekly operations with sales, purchasing and logistics.
  • Lead the supervisors and set clear targets for each team.
  • Review safety, output and cost figures and act on them.

What you will bring

  • Senior operations experience in recycling, metals or heavy industry
  • Experience leading supervisors and large crews
  • A degree in engineering or management is an advantage
