Weighed and graded on arrival
Every load is weighed at the yard and a weight ticket is issued against it, recording gross, tare and net. Grading happens against the material itself, not against a description.
Price is confirmed against the yard
Availability and price are confirmed against the material in the yard at the time of enquiry rather than quoted from a standing list.
