Decommissioning scrap, redundant plant, pipe, structural steel and cable removed from your site.

## What is cleared

Decommissioning scrap, redundant plant, pipe, structural steel and cable, removed from your site with our own transport and labour.

## Five stages, in the order they happen

Clearance, segregation at source, weighing, documentation and settlement. Each stage is completed before the next, so nothing leaves the site unaccounted for.

## Settled in whichever direction the balance falls

A clearance is settled grade by grade against the recorded weights. Where the material carries value, that value is paid rather than set against the cost of the work by default.
